Zusammenfassung

Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS is seeking a Ticketing & Auction Coordinator in NYC hybrid. The role supports the Development team in coordinating ticketing for CareTix, house seats, events and both live and online auctions, reporting to the Ticketing Manager and collaborating with senior staff.

Responsibilities include managing ticketing tasks, HTML setup for Donor Drive pages, organizing auction items, and representing the organization at events.

Qualifikationen

• Three to five years of experience in ticketing, patron services, auctions or related nonprofit fundraising field.
• Commitment to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS mission.
• Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate ticketing for events, including copywriting, seat assignations, will call and confirmations.
• Set up events in Donor Drive and manage HTML for main pages and confirmations.
• Oversee auction program planning, live and online auctions, and item fulfillment.
• Build relationships with donors, publicists, and industry partners to secure items.
• Maintain records in Raiser's Edge/NXT and track event results.
