Job summary

The American Society of Radiologic Technologists is seeking a corporate partnerships associate to engage and maintain corporate partners, coordinating advertising, exhibits, and sponsorship programs that generate non-dues revenue.

You will manage contracts, track activity, and ensure fulfillment of sponsorship obligations while building relationships with prospective partners through outreach, conferences, and strategic communication.

Responsibilities

  • Support customized advertising packages, exhibits, conference sponsorships and corporate support opportunities.
  • Oversee conference deliverables and ensure sponsors are recognized and commitments fulfilled on schedule.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through outreach, engagement activities and strategic communication.
  • Build relationships with prospective corporate partners through networking, conference travel and ongoing communication to generate sales leads.
  • Maintain Corporate Relations Department email accounts to ensure timely and professional responses and maintain accurate records.
