Job summary

Renuity is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support the General Counsel and management team by conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing documents, and assisting with dispute resolution. You will research state licensing requirements, draft licensing applications and liens, manage litigation support, and help maintain organized legal files while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

This role requires prioritizing multiple projects, familiarity with legal databases, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other legal software.
• Knowledge of relevant state and federal laws; experience with legal research databases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on issues related to home improvement industry and licensing.
• Draft and revise legal documents; prepare state licensing applications and lien filings.
• Assist in managing litigation and dispute resolution, including discovery responses and arbitrations.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of legal documents and case information.
• Assist with compliance and regulatory matters including licenses and permits.
