Job description

Established mid-sized law firm is expanding and hiring a Corporate Paralegal. This is a permanent position with full benefits. Salary is competitive, with additional incentives. A remote option is available after training if desired.

The Corporate Paralegal is responsible for drafting, filing, and managing various business entity documents for corporations, LLCs, and partnerships with government agencies. They will assist or manage the process for entity formation and governance, as well as elements of asset and business purchases and M&A transactions. The Paralegal will work closely with experienced Corporate Attorneys in a busy department.

Experience with financial analysis, tax filings for entities, and familiarity with EINs, S-elections, QSSTs, ESBTs, and exempt organizations is strongly preferred.
