Junior Level Mortgage Default Attorney - Fully remote

Our client is an Atlanta-based mortgage default and financial litigation firm seeking a junior level attorney to handle a variety of mortgage default and eviction matters.

The ideal candidate will be licensed in Georgia and have at least one year of legal practice experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Prior litigation experience, especially in commercial and residential mortgage matters, is preferred but not mandatory.

The attorney in this position will:

1. Be amenable to frequent and direct client contact
2. Manage eviction caseloads
