Responsibilities

• Assembles, prepares, proofs, analyzes and edits drafts of legal documents.
• Prepares and files legal documents with appropriate entities.
• Prepares and conducts summaries of legal research.
• May review regulatory compliance.
• Assist attorneys with litigation files and discovery.
• Handle special projects and corporate initiatives.
