Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate paralegal, legal operations, or transactional experience.
• Knowledge of corporate governance, entity management, and multi-state compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate governance, entity management, and filings.
• Manage contract intake, review, routing, and execution processes.
• Maintain tracking systems for litigation, investigations, and other matters.
• Provide general legal support and respond to internal requests related to contracts and records.
