Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Paralegal certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain corporate records, governance documents, org charts and entity databases.
• Manage intake, review, routing and execution of contracts and legal agreements.
• Monitor filing deadlines and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support due diligence for acquisitions, restructurings, financings and other transactions.
• Prepare matter summaries, status reports and presentations for the legal department.
