Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support governance, contract administration, compliance, and legal operations. The role collaborates with attorneys and business stakeholders to manage corporate entities and legal matters in an organized, confidential manner.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of corporate paralegal or transactional experience, a Bachelor's degree (paralegal cert preferred), and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; paralegal experience preferred.
• 3+ years in corporate paralegal, legal operations, or similar.
• Knowledge of corporate governance, entity management, and multi-state compliance.
• Experience with contract management and document administration.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain corporate records, governance docs, and entity databases.
• Track filing deadlines and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate formation, transactions, renewals, and due diligence.
• Manage contract intake, review, routing, and execution.
• Monitor litigation matters and legal spend reporting.
