Job summary

You will work with attorneys, clients, and outside counsel on contracts, governance resolutions, and litigation-related tasks, while maintaining meticulous records and ensuring confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or associate degree required.
• 0–2 years of relevant paralegal experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare legal contracts, corporate governance resolutions, and routine pleadings.
• Draft executive summaries and organize case files.
• Review documents and manage transactional, contractual, and general legal support.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and track billable hours on cases.
• Prepare legal reports and assist with trial preparation.
