Qualifications

• Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field.
• 0–2 years relevant experience.
• Paralegal certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare legal contracts, board resolutions, and related documents.
• Review documents and draft executive summaries.
• Maintain and organize corporate files and case files.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and hearings.
