Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our Legal team in Bethesda, MD. You will support corporate governance, licensing, and regulatory compliance while handling internal documentation with accuracy.

The role requires 1–4 years paralegal experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with Relativity and Concordance. You will work in a fast-paced environment, liaising with internal teams and external counsel.

Qualifications

About the RoleTotal Wine & More is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our Legal team in our Bethesda, MD office. You will support the Legal Department in managing a variety of legal matters including corporate governance, litigation, regulatory compliance, licensing, and internal documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on routine and moderately complex tasks. You will serve as a liaison between internal teams, external counsel, vendors, and government agencies.
