Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our Legal team in Bethesda, MD. You will support corporate governance, licensing, and regulatory compliance while handling internal documentation with accuracy.

The role requires 1–4 years paralegal experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with Relativity and Concordance. You will work in a fast-paced environment, liaising with internal teams and external counsel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–4 years’ paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate office.
• Strong Excel and document management system skills (Relativity, Concordance).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain organized systems for electronic legal files and the store expansion database.
• Implement licensing processes for store operating companies and regulatory submissions.
• Assess legal docs for accuracy and support litigation and compliance efforts.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve issues.
