Job summary

JURISolutions Legal (JSL) is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal for a hybrid, full-time engagement with our financial services client in New York. The role focuses on governance and compliance, subsidiary records, and corporate books.

The ideal candidate will draft resolutions and annual meeting materials, coordinate director/officer life-cycle events, and collaborate with Finance, Tax and HR to address legal requests and KYC documentation, leveraging AI tools for process improvements.

Job description

JURISolutions is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal for a hybrid, full-time opportunity with our financial services client.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing corporate governance and corporate compliance, including maintaining subsidiary records, organizational charts, audit inquiries and corporate books, drafting resolutions and annual meeting documentation, facilitating director/officer life-cycle events, partnering with Finance, Tax, and HR teams to address legal requests and banking/KYC documentation, and identifying process improvements via AI tools.

The role is to be hybrid (minimum 3 days per week) either in Purchase, New York or NYC, anticipated to be 40 hours per week for ~3-6-months.
