Soni is partnering with a growing organization to hire an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support a broad mix of commercial contracts, real estate matters, legal administration, and business transactions.

This hands-on role offers exposure to senior leadership and multiple areas of the business, with responsibilities spanning leases, closings, vendor contracts, trademark/licensing, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of paralegal experience.
• Strong contracts and commercial legal experience.
• Exposure to leases and real estate matters.
• Excellent communication skills and professional judgment.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial leases, renewals, amendments, and related real estate documentation

Compensation:

$110,000 - $130,000
