Recruiting.com LLC in Miami, FL is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support the legal department with licensing, corporate filings, and contract management. You will maintain corporate books and assist with information requests and discovery.
Ideal candidates hold ABA-approved paralegal certification, have at least five years in a corporate legal setting, and show strong communication, organization, and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Some overtime may be required.
The Paralegal function is to provide legal support to the legal department and to work on projects by drafting correspondence, agreements, conducting research, organizing and maintaining files, maintaining the corporate books and records of the Company, overseeing corporate licenses and corporate filings with the Secretary of State and other applicable organizations. The paralegal will also manage the corporation’s record keeping and contract management software. In addition, the Paralegal will be responsible for the application and renewal of all restaurant, retail and liquor licenses.

Occasionally move objects weighing up to 20 lbs., and sometimes, but rarely, up to 50 lbs.
