Job summary

Collier Legal Search is seeking an in-house corporate paralegal in the Greater Houston area (Spring Branch–Jersey Village). The role supports C-Suite level general counsel in the oil/gas/petrochemical industry. Requires 7+ years in a busy in-house legal department and paralegal certification.

Candidate will handle executive support, contract management, compliance, corporate records/minutes, and support for litigation matters, with flexibility for varying hours based on executives’ schedules.

Requirements
