Responsibilities

• Support the General Counsel by managing legal and administrative workflows, including document preparation, scheduling, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel on corporate governance, securities, compliance, and strategic matters.
• Maintain legal records and databases with strict confidentiality.
• Prepare board and executive materials.
• Support due diligence and litigation documentation.
• Manage document revisions and coordinate signature processes and executed agreements.

Qualifications

• Corporate paralegal experience within a public, global organization.
• Demonstrated exposure to SEC filings, board governance, and international legal matters.
