We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and highly organized Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to play a key role in supporting a growing business.
In this role, you will work closely with executive leadership, HR, operations teams, and outside counsel on a variety of legal, compliance, and business matters that directly support the success of our restaurants and corporate operations. What You’ll Do:
- Assist with reviewing, drafting, organizing, and managing contracts, vendor agreements, leases, legal documents, and corporate records.
- Support employment and HR-related matters, including employee relations documentation, compliance tracking, investigations, and policy administration.
- Partner with operations and leadership teams to help manage legal and compliance needs across multiple restaurant brands and locations.
- Coordinate with outside counsel regarding litigation, labor matters, franchise-related issues, licensing, and other legal projects.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research related to restaurant and hospitality operations.
- Track important deadlines, renewals, filings, and compliance requirements to keep the business running smoothly.
- Assist with insurance claims, permits, licensing, and other operational legal matters.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, hearings, audits, and legal reviews.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive company and employee information.
- Provide direct support to executive leadership on special projects and business initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant required.
- Experience supporting restaurant, hospitality, retail, franchise, or multi-unit operations is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating across departments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Paralegal certification is a plus.
- Notary Public certification is a plus.
