Panda Restaurant Group Inc. in Rosemead, California is looking for a Corporate Paralegal to provide essential legal and administrative support to the Corporate Legal team. The position involves drafting agreements and conducting legal research while assisting in corporate governance and legal operations.

The Corporate Paralegal provides broad legal and administrative support to the Corporate Legal team related to commercial contracts, legal research, corporate governance, data and privacy and legal operations support. This position performs a variety of paralegal work, including drafting agreements and other legal documents, under the supervision of an attorney. The Corporate Paralegal supports other departments on minor legal issues, including researching changes in laws as they impact the business and interacting with internal business partners and third‑party vendors.

Pay Range: P2: $72,500 - $101,500 / Annual
* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
