Job summary

OSI Industries, LLC is seeking a Cafeteria Cook for the Corporate Office to work 6:30am to 3:00pm in an on-site kitchen. You will plan menus, prepare meals for employees and guests, order supplies, and maintain kitchen cleanliness.

This role emphasizes food handling safety, meeting health regulations, and supporting meetings with catered meals. Previous experience in high-volume food service is preferred; HS Diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in related field preferred.
• Experience in high scale food production, commercial or food service environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare lunch daily for Corporate Office employees and their guests.
• Order supplies and food as needed.
• Establish procedures and perform cleaning of the kitchen on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Shop for grocery items as needed.
• Coordinate special menus and services for meetings and events.
• Adhere to kitchen and food facility safety and health regulations.
