Job summary

The OSI Group in Aurora, IL is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to support a high-volume corporate café, production kitchen, and culinary innovation lab. You will clean, sanitize, and organize cookware, utensils, and equipment to ensure smooth café service and product development.

Ideal candidates are dependable, with a willingness to work as part of a team, and capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and following strict food safety and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dishwasher, kitchen steward, or similar role.
• Experience in a commercial kitchen, café, or corporate dining environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with dishwashing equipment and cleaning procedures beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Wash, rinse, sanitize, and store dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish room and back-of-house spaces.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and PPE requirements.
