CoStar Group is seeking a Corporate Marketing Associate to develop content for corporate initiatives and recruitment campaigns. The role sits in Arlington, VA, in-office, Monday through Friday, and collaborates closely with HR, Investor Relations, and product teams to align messaging with brand standards.

You will also manage the merchandise program, update the corporate website, and craft compelling PowerPoint presentations that tell the company story and strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required.
• 3+ years in marketing, communications, corporate branding, or related fields.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop content for corporate initiatives, recruitment campaigns, presentations, and targeted communications.
• Partner with video production on messaging, assets, and final deliverables that align with brand standards.
• Update and maintain content across the corporate website and create compelling PowerPoint presentations.
• Manage branded merchandise program, vendor relations, product selection, ordering, inventory, and budget tracking.
• Collaborate with HR, Investor Relations, Internal Communications, Design, Product, and Sales teams to drive marketing initiatives.
