Job summary

Ice Miller LLP is seeking a paralegal with corporate or transactional experience for the business group. The role requires handling time-sensitive materials with strict confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum three years of complex corporate paralegal work focusing on M&A and Private Equity, with a Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate. Strong organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently or in a team are essential.

Qualifications

• Three years of complex corporate law and transactional paralegal experience.
• Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity matters.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepares organizational documents including entity formation, filings and stock ledgers.
• Assists with board and stockholder consents and regulatory filings.
• Completes and files tax forms and UCC statements as required.
• Documents and files closing books and related agreements.
