Collabera is seeking a Corporate/M&A Attorney for a role at a well-established AmLaw 100 firm in Atlanta. The position focuses on managing sophisticated M&A and private equity transactions across diverse deal types.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of transactional experience, strong drafting skills for M&A documents, and the ability to support a wide range of deals from initial negotiations through closing. Prior private equity exposure is a plus.

Must Have

• 2+ years of relevant transactional experience, preferably with a mid-to-large law firm
• M&A transaction experience, including the ability to support a wide variety of deals
• Private equity transaction experience
• Drafting M&A transaction documents
