Job summary

Considine Search seeks an M&A Associate for our Corporate practice in New York, class of 2016–2019. You will represent sponsors and private/public companies in complex M&A transactions, draft and negotiate transactional documents, and coordinate with internal and external specialists.

Experience managing deal teams is a plus; our clients include public and private companies, PE funds, hedge funds, and sovereign wealth alike in sophisticated mergers and business combinations.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of lateral M&A experience.
• Experience representing sponsors and private/public companies.
• Proven drafting and negotiating transactional documents.
• Experience coordinating with internal and external specialists.
• Deal team leadership is a plus.

Summary

Our client’s Corporate practice group seeks a class of 2016-2019 M&A Associate with experience representing sponsors and private and public companies in M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating transactional documents, and coordinating with internal and external specialists. Experience managing deal teams is a plus. Our client’s M&A team has a long track record of leading sophisticated mergers, acquisitions and other business combinations. Our clients are public and private companies; private equity, hedge and sovereign wealth funds and their portfolio companies; boards of directors; shareholders; and individual investors.

Qualifications

Compensation

The base salary range for this position in New York, NY is $225,000.00-$415,000.00, plus bonus
