Job summary

Adams- in Athens, Georgia seeks an experienced Corporate Litigation Paralegal to join its legal team. You will manage litigation files, coordinate with outside counsel, track deadlines, and handle records management and garnishments as needed.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate and 3+ years of litigation support experience in a corporate setting, with strong organizational, communication, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience in corporate or law firm settings.
• Experience supporting employment law matters, civil litigation, and records management.
• Working knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery processes, and document preservation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain litigation, claims, subpoena, and administrative matter files and records.
• Track and monitor response deadlines, discovery schedules, hearings, settlements, and other key litigation milestones.
• Coordinate service of process and support all phases of litigation, including litigation holds, document collection, discovery, and productions.
• Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders, insurance carriers, outside counsel, and third-party vendors.
• Process and administer employee garnishments in compliance with applicable laws and company procedures.
• Assist attorneys with case management, reporting, and legal documentation.
