Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or similar plus:

• 2+ Years of Corporate Paralegal or Transactional Legal Support experience
• Experience supporting attorneys with corporate and transactional matters including entity formations, corporate governance documents, contracts, and regulatory filings
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to assist on litigation matters (approximately 20% of workload) including document management, filings, and case support
