Crumbl is looking for a dynamic Corporate Counsel to join our legal team. In this role, you will play a key part in facilitating transactions, ensuring compliance with both state and federal laws, and helping to mitigate risk effectively.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Preparing legal documents and policies
• Negotiating and drafting agreements with vendors and other third parties
• Drafting disclosure documents and related materials
• Designing the company’s policies and position on legal matters
• Protecting the company against legal risks and violations
• Examining the legal issues related to new products and services
• Regulatory compliance
• Legal research and drafting
• Preparing and filing government reports
• Reviewing new business relationships with third parties
• Administering training workshops
• Liability compliance in a variety of areas
• Employment matters
• Managing outside counsel regarding litigation and other legal matters
• Real estate matters and negotiation
• Representing the company before administrative or judicial courts
• Any other tasks requested by the company

Qualifications

• JD; (2 + years’ experience)
• Licensed to practice law in Utah
• Proven background in corporate law
• Franchising, employment, intellectual property, food, and product liability law experience a plus
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
• Outstanding negotiation skills
• Self sufficient
