MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. seeks a Legal Analyst to support the General Counsel and Corporate Services in compliance, licensure, and privacy matters. You will conduct legal research, assemble documents, and maintain records across systems.

You’ll be the internal point of contact for legal support, handling daily record-keeping, drafting responses, and assisting with contract templates and certifications under supervision.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with 3+ years’ experience in legal/compliance.
• Strong organizational and records management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools.
• Experience with contract review and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Support legal, privacy and compliance teams on routine and complex matters.
• Update case summaries, track court dates and deadlines, referrals.
• Shadow counsel on contract negotiation calls and meetings.
• Improve standard form agreements and legal processes.
• Conduct legal research and writing.
• Maintain records and prepare program reports.
• Coordinate information for certifications and representations.
• Provide legal support during client meetings on sponsorships/partnerships.
