Pareto.AI is a human data collection platform connecting leading AI researchers with trusted industry experts to collaborate on AI alignment, safety, and training projects. By working together, we can better align AI models with human values and develop more helpful, honest, and harmless AI models.

We are currently seeking experienced Corporate Lawyers to assist with training AI models on realistic, complex legal tasks typically encountered in corporate legal practice.

Experience required:

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree
• Experience practicing corporate law at a law firm or in-house
• Proven expertise in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as NDAs, MSAs, acquisition agreements, employment contracts, regulatory filings, and licensing agreements
• Strong understanding of legal risk identification, regulatory analysis (e.g., SEC, ESG), and legal research using case law

This is a fully remote project with a compensation of $100 USD per approved hour. Work hours are flexible, with an expected commitment of 10+ hours per week for approximately 3 weeks.
