Job description

Florida Immigration and Family Law firm is in search of a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Immigration Paralegal. THIS JOB IS FULLY REMOTE. You must have at least 5 years of experience. Preferred candidates live in Florida; however, this is not required.

Job Duties:

1. Preparing and submitting asylum applications
2. Withholding of removal
3. Cancellation of removal
4. Adjustment of status with EOIR
5. Family-based petitions
6. Work permits, DACA, TPS, naturalizations

You must also be legally eligible to work in the United States and log in from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. No weekends are required. Although not required, if you have experience in family law, please mention it, as this is a significant advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.88 per hour
