• The role focuses on advising clients on corporate insurance matters, specifically including placements and claim management for Directors & Officers (D&O) insurance, representations & warranties insurance, cyberliability, and other lines of insurance.
• Desired additional experience includes commercial contract indemnification matters, D&O advancement and indemnification issues, corporate/M&A disputes, and securities litigation.
• Responsibilities include mentoring and supervising junior lawyers and staff.
• The position requires availability during business hours, evenings, and weekends, and includes travel as required by the firm or client for meetings, advocacy, or business development (both domestic and international).
• The firm offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote and in-office work.
