Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking a Corporate Insurance and Risk Manager in Bryn Mawr, PA to lead and evolve an enterprise-wide insurance program across multiple states. You will partner with Legal, Operations, HR, and Finance to align risk initiatives with business goals and optimize performance metrics.

The role requires 8–10 years of relevant experience, strong multi-state regulatory knowledge, and proven ability to manage complex claims and risk analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state policy and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with claims, insurance, safety programs and risk management strategies.
• Proven ability to analyze data, lead investigations, and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central reporting contact for all potential claims.
• Report and manage claims (Property, Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Professional Liability, Auto and EPLI).
• Serve as primary liaison with insurance carriers, brokers, and underwriters.
• Investigate claims, obtain video, work closely with carriers and attorneys.
• Perform detailed risk audits and develop reports to assess risk and prevention strategies.
• Deliver risk and safety training to staff.
• Review contracts and assess risk levels.
• Support annual insurance renewals for all lines of coverage.
• Negotiate settlements balancing fair compensation and cost containment.
• Stay updated on laws and industry best practices.
• Present reports on claims status and financial impact to senior management.
• Lead or assist in claims audits to identify discrepancies.
• Provide excellent customer service to injured parties during life of an open claim.
• Analyze loss trends and implement strategies to reduce total cost of risk

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking a Risk Management and Insurance Manager to lead, and continuously evolve an enterprise-wide program across multiple states and locations. This role is responsible for researching and monitoring incidents, driving performance metrics, and embedding a culture of accountability and prevention across the organization.

This individual will partner closely with Legal, Operations, HR, and Finance to align initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the central reporting contact for all potential claims.
• Report and manage claims (Property, Worker's Compensation, General Liability, Professional Liability, Auto and EPLI)
• Serve as primary liaison with insurance carriers, brokers, and underwriters
