Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA in Bryn Mawr, PA is seeking a Corporate Insurance and Risk Manager to lead and evolve an enterprise-wide risk management program across multiple states. You will research incidents, drive performance metrics, and embed accountability and prevention across the organization.

You will partner with Legal, Operations, HR and Finance to align initiatives with business objectives; act as central contact for claims, manage settlements, and support annual renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state policy and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with claims, insurance, safety programs and risk management.
• Proven ability to analyze data, lead investigations, and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Act as central reporting contact for all potential claims.
• Report and manage claims across Property, WC, GL, Professional Liability, Auto and EPLI.
• Serve as liaison with insurance carriers, brokers, and underwriters.
• Investigate claims and coordinate with carriers and attorneys.
• Perform risk audits, develop reports to assess risk and reduction.
• Develop and deliver risk and safety training to staff.
• Review contracts and assess risk level with each.
• Support annual insurance renewal across all lines.
• Negotiate settlements balancing fair compensation and cost containment.
• Stay updated on laws and industry best practices in risk management.
• Present claims status and financial impact to senior management.
• Lead or assist in claims audits; address discrepancies.
• Provide excellent service to injured parties during open claims.
• Analyze loss trends and implement cost-reduction strategies.

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking a Risk Management and Insurance Manager to lead, and continuously evolve an enterprise-wide program across multiple states and locations. This role is responsible for researching and monitoring incidents, driving performance metrics, and embedding a culture of accountability and prevention across the organization.

This individual will partner closely with Legal, Operations, HR, and Finance to align initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the central reporting contact for all potential claims.
• Report and manage claims (Property, Worker's Compensation, General Liability, Professional Liability, Auto and EPLI)
• Serve as primary liaison with insurance carriers, brokers, and underwriters
• Investigate claims, obtain video, work closely with carriers and attorneys
• Perform detailed risk audits, develop reports and analysis to assess risk and proactive reduction strategies.
• Recommend, develop and deliver relevant risk and safety training to all staff.
• Review company contracts and assess level of risk with each
• Support the yearly insurance renewal process for all lines of coverage
• Negotiate settlements with injured parties, attorneys, and healthcare providers to balance fair compensation and cost containment.
• Stay updated on laws and industry best practices related to risk management
• Prepare and present reports on claims status and financial impact to senior management.
• Lead or assist in claims audits to identify and correct discrepancies.
• Provide excellent customer service to injured parties during the life of an open claim.
• Analyze loss trends and implement strategies to reduce total cost of risk
