Job summary

Qualifications

• Progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of employment law, employee relations, organizational development, safety and preventive labor relations.
• Experience coaching leaders and navigating difficult employee situations with both confidence and respect.
• Experience leading organizational change and helping others adapt to it.

Responsibilities

• Coaching people at every level, stepping into difficult conversations with fairness and respect.
• Strengthening our employee-owner culture by aligning ownership values with daily work.
• Partnering with plant HR teams and leaders on employee relations, organizational development and challenges requiring corporate HR support.
• Building a strong HR foundation with compliant policies, leave administration and risk management.
• Improving HR processes, systems and technology across the company by identifying simplifications and standardizations.
• Growing talent through recruiting, onboarding, training, succession and development for both production and administrative staff.
• Handling complex employee relations situations with good judgment and practical action.
