As the Corporate HR Director, you will lead the strategic design and execution of our organizational development and training programs. In this dual-focused role, you will manage core HR operations while championing employee growth, leadership development, and upskilling initiatives to drive overall business performance.

Needs Assessment: Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps, competency models, and organizational training needs.
Program Design: Develop and implement comprehensive corporate training programs, including leadership development, onboarding, compliance, and technical upskilling.
LMS Administration: Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), curating content, tracking participation, and evaluating program effectiveness.
Facilitation: Lead internal training sessions and workshops, while also vetting and managing external training vendors.
Career Pathing: Build structured career development frameworks and mentorship programs to boost employee retention and internal mobility.
Performance Management: Oversee the annual performance review cycle, goal-setting processes, and continuous feedback initiatives.
Employee Relations: Serve as an advisor to management on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Policy & Compliance: Ensure all HR policies and training programs comply with local, state, and federal labor laws.
Culture & Engagement: Drive initiatives that foster an inclusive, high-performance company culture.
