Qualifications

• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities for numerous accounts and clients.
• Strong time management, organization, and written/verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with inside sales and rental/property management is preferred, plus merchandising knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to existing corporate housing clients.
• Collaborate with Dispatch and Warehouse teams daily to fulfill requests.
• Manage activities and resolve challenges for accounts on an ongoing basis.
• Coordinate daily routes, leases, and data entry tasks reliably.
• Review floor plans before delivery to ensure furniture fits units well.
• Support teammates and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
