You will oversee financial reporting, close processes, and multi-location operations, partnering with leadership to guide budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 3+ years in a Controller, Assistant Controller, or Accounting leadership role.
• 2+ years of experience with gaming accounting operations, compliance, and reporting.
• Hospitality or restaurant experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience managing multi-entity or multi-location accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and financial reporting.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple legal entities.
• Produce accurate and timely financial statements, balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow reporting.
• Oversee accounting related to restaurant operations, gaming revenue, inventory, and multi-location cost centers.
• Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.

FINE Entertainment Management is a Las Vegas-based hospitality company operating a growing portfolio of bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues across the Las Vegas Valley.We are seeking a Gaming Controller to lead the accounting function across multiple operating entities and support the financial strategy of a dynamic, growth-oriented hospitality organization with a strong emphasis on gaming compliance.
