Job summary

UBS is seeking a Financial Wellness Educator to support UBS Workplace Financial Wellness for corporate client employees. You will deliver education and guidance in 1:1 and group settings across budgeting, savings strategies, retirement contributions, and building personalized financial roadmaps.

Required FINRA SIE, Series 7 & 66 licenses, and a CFP designation (or pursuing CFP). A Bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, and a client-focused mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver financial wellness education in 1:1 and group settings.
• Cover topics: budgeting, saving, retirement contributions, roadmaps, portfolios.
• Engage in discovery conversations to identify client needs and provide guidance.
• Lead webinars and collaborate with Wealth Services team to identify opportunities.
