Job summary

UBS is seeking a capable leader to manage a team of Financial Wellness Coaches within the Wealth Advice Center in the Charlotte area. You will coach, develop, and guide a high-volume team serving clients and financial advisors, while ensuring timely responses and outstanding service.

The role requires strategic staffing, training execution, and strong cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate brings leadership excellence, Spanish fluency, and licenses SIE, Series 7, and Series 66, with

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• SIE, Series 7, Series 66 licenses required.
• Series 9 and Series 10 preferred but must be obtained within 120 days of employment.
• Fluency in Spanish required.
• Proven track record of managing others and inspiring teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Financial Wellness Coaches on UBS Wealth Advice Center.
• Ensure timely handling of service requests from participants and Financial Advisors.
• Execute Workforce Management (WFM) functions: staffing call queues and monitor daily SLAs.
• Deliver ongoing coaching and development through trainings, call listening, and feedback sessions.
• Prioritize account service and delegate daily case assignments.
• Onboard and develop new Financial Wellness Coaches.
• Manage all service center-like aspects to ensure smooth operations.
