Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree is required.
• SIE, Series 7, Series 66 licenses are required.
• Series 9 and Series 10 are preferred, but must be obtained within 120 days of employment.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Strong track record of success in a similar position managing others and inspiring teams.
• Able to manage a large workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate self-confidence and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Curious about AI and how it can improve workflows with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Financial Wellness Coaches on the UBS Wealth Advice Center team.
• Ensure the team addresses service requests from participants and Financial Advisors promptly.
• Execute Workforce Management functions including staffing and SLAs.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development through trainings and feedback sessions.
• Prioritize account service and delegate daily case assignments.
• Onboard and develop new Financial Wellness Coaches.
• Oversee all service center operations to ensure smooth delivery.
