Job summary

UBS is seeking a driven Financial Wellness Educator to support UBS Workplace Financial Wellness initiatives for corporate clients in Charlotte, Dallas, Nashville, and Weehawken. You will deliver personalized education in 1:1 and group settings on budgeting, saving, retirement contributions, and financial roadmapping.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree, Licenses FINRA SIE, Series 7 & 66, and may pursue CFP®.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong passion for presenting to live audiences and recent financial services experience.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7 & 66 licenses required.
• CFP or interest in obtaining CFP.
• Client-focused with strong verbal and written communication.
• Growth mindset, quick learner, and ability to challenge the status quo.
• Willing to travel to deliver in-person education to clients.

Responsibilities

• Obtain a deep understanding of UBS Financial Wellness framework and deliver to employee segments.
• Engage in discovery conversations to identify individual financial needs.
• Deliver financial wellness guidance and actionable steps in 1:1 and group settings.
• Lead and deliver webinars on financial topics and collaborate with the team.
• Collaborate with internal partners to enhance the offering.
