Job Title: Corporate Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and recommend major corporate accounting strategies, objectives, and policies to management.
• Establish, document, and maintain standard accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls across all finance and accounting operations.
• Oversee the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, revenue distribution, depreciation, costs, property, operating expenses, and insurance records.
• Manage the creation of annual budgets and conduct monthly variance analyses for all entities.
• Handle debt management, construction financing, and other capital transactions.
• Ensure the successful completion of internal and external financial audits, coordinating with CPA firms and providing necessary information promptly.
• Provide guidance and support to the General Manager, leadership team, and staff, and participate in KPI meetings as scheduled.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 8+ years of financial management and accounting experience in hospitality at both property and corporate levels.
• Familiarity with the uniform system of accounts for the lodging industry.
• Experience with different ownership structures and hotel operations.
• Knowledge of hotel services, operations, and accounting software; experience with centralized control purchasing systems is a plus.
