Job Summary

Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a Financial Analyst to lead the financial planning and analysis function at our account. The role involves developing annual budgets, monitoring performance, analyzing results, and preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the financial planning & analysis function, including budget development, forecasts, and performance measurement.
2. Analyze financial results, monitor variances, and identify trends to provide management with performance insights.
3. Manage weekly flash reports, collaborating with field operators to ensure accuracy and reporting on financial standing.
4. Ensure accuracy of financial statements during month-end close, including reconciliations and data corrections.
5. Create client-facing presentations on financial performance and forecasts.
6. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including audits.
7. Review general ledger and balance sheets, resolve accounting issues, and manage accounts receivable efficiently.
8. Maintain inventory and cost control procedures, and ensure contract compliance.
9. Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of experience in revenue control, financial planning, and reporting.
• Experience managing multiple accounts or locations.
• Accounting experience in foodservice or retail industry; foodservice operations experience is a plus.
• Ability to prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses.
• Proficiency in POS, cash, and credit card reports.
• Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• High standards of integrity and ethical behavior.
