Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

A rapidly growing, publicly traded real estate firm, is seeking an ambitious Corporate Finance Associate to join their impressive team. This role offers a great salary and excellent opportunities for professional growth and development. The position is based in a dynamic office located in Manhattan, New York. You will play a key role in driving strategic decision-making that shapes the future of the business.

Job Function

• Support FP&A and strategic initiatives by delivering insightful analysis to internal and external stakeholders that drive key business outcomes.
• Prepare financial planning, forecasting, analysis, reporting, and manage special projects or ad hoc requests.
• Maintain and update the company’s corporate financial model for short-, medium-, and long-term capital and financial planning.
• Analyze financial projections for capital planning, liquidity management, asset-liability matching, and other strategic initiatives.
• Create presentations for key stakeholders, including quarterly Earnings Supplements, Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and senior management.
• Prepare and analyze budgets to monitor and optimize costs.

Job Requirements

• 2 - 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance or FP&A.
• Bachelor’s degree with a focus on finance or economics.
• Financial modeling skills, including hands-on experience building three-statement models (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement).
• In-depth knowledge of financial statement analysis.
