Duties:

Advise clients on sponsor-side finance transactions, including acquisition financing and leveraged lending

Draft, review, and negotiate financing agreements and related documentation

Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel to manage complex deal timelines

Provide strategic legal counsel throughout the lifecycle of banking and finance matters

Support cross-border transactions in collaboration with global offices

Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Requirements:

4–6 years of experience in banking and finance law, with sponsor-side representation preferred

Prior experience at a peer law firm handling complex financial transactions

Demonstrated interest in banking, finance, and related transactional work

Ability to manage multiple client matters in a fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
