Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Requirements:

Class of 2018-2021 law school graduate.

Strong background in project development, M&A, and debt finance.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
