The ideal candidate should possess excellent writing and analytical skills, a strong academic background, and must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel on a wide range of corporate finance matters, focusing on transactions in the Finance & Banking sector.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various corporate agreements and documents related to finance transactions, including loan agreements, credit facilities, securities offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.
• Conduct due diligence reviews and analysis in finance transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
• Assist in structuring complex finance transactions and advising clients on legal and regulatory implications.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop and execute legal strategies that meet business objectives.
