In this role, the attorney will work in a highly collaborative, team environment to provide legal counsel to organizations investigating and responding to data privacy and cybersecurity incidents. Associates will collect information needed to understand the issue and scope of each situation, engage and direct experts needed to appropriately investigate and respond to the event, and communicate to regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, and other third-parties as needed while advising clients throughout the investigation.
